We may also store the contents of any message or attachments that you send to us or you choose to provide that relate to your communications.

Requested information to tailor our Services for you: We may ask you for information that will allow us to tailor our Services to you. Examples of this may include information about your company's processes such as how you track worker hours, project costs and weekly payment timesheets of all workers. We may also ask you for examples of your company templates of files and documents such as timesheets, dockets, cost trackers and any other templates to allow us to tailor our Services for you.

Examples include timesheets, dockets, invoices, bills and project specific information such as budgets, cost codes and progress claims.

Whilst we use industry standard technical and organisational measures to secure the information we store, no application, Internet, or email transmission is ever fully secure or error-free, and we do not guarantee the security of any personal information.

Information that we collect from the Service will be transferred to, and processed in, Australia and in any other country where AutoFetch.AI or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or third-party service providers maintain facilities or personnel. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country (and, in some cases, may not be as protective). We follow applicable data protection laws when transferring personal data.

AutoFetch.AI uses appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information and data. However, we cannot guarantee that hackers or unauthorised personnel will not gain access to your personal information and data despite our efforts. You should note that in using the Service, your information will travel through third party infrastructures which are not under our control.
